The Torch Report: TR 635 - Bird Flu, Bread Crumbs, & More Bizarre Coincidence

Like I was saying…

Front and center at TheHill.com this morning, was the suggestion that Hurricane Milton might be the October Surprise in the presidential race:

If you’ve been with me, you know I made that same suggestion yesterday, in TR 634 - On the Weaponization of Weather and Geoengineering Elections:

Could weaponized weather, engineered emergencies, and mass evacuations be the unexpected October surprise? Perhaps. At this point, anything seems possible.

Another pandemic might be too obvious. Nuclear war might be too destructive. Rigging the election with millions of illegal voters and third-party controlled, vote-flipping machines might not be enough.

But the weaponization of weather?

Surely they’d never see it coming—and surely no one would be crazy enough to suggest it, let alone believe that it was even possible.

Of course, there is exactly zero chance that anyone at The Hill would ever suspect or dare to suggest that this hurricane could potentially be intensified and intentionally steered for the explicit purpose of election interference. Who would?

That would be beyond the pale, right?

That said, this morning it was nice to see some of the big wig pundits coming around to the fact that the government is controlling the weather—which apparently is still shocking news to many, as this headline from the Gateway Pundit makes clear:

…the facts are shocking indeed…

BUT, we’ve already covered that. So, in the spirit of staying one step ahead, I’d like to turn attention to some additionally known facts that may well play into the election. The disruptive destruction that a hurricane leaves in its wake might interfere with an election in myriad ways, but there’s one vector that seems almost tailor-made for the overarching narratives currently being circulated.

You may recall the recent spate of headlines about the exceedingly lethal Marburg Virus, and the theoretically unrelated panic buying of toilet paper, both of which were discussed last week. Keep these storylines in mind moving forward.

I say “theoretically unrelated” because the panic buying of toilet paper was allegedly related to the dock strikes, not related to the virus. However, I still believe that all the hype about “panic buying toilet paper” trigger memories of the pandemic in people’s minds. October started off with headlines suggesting another deadly virus and panic buying toilet paper, and I highly doubt that’s a coincidence.

Now, one week later, while the public’s attention is affixed on the next catastrophic storm, there are more rumors of a different virus outbreak, this time of Bird Flu:

* Poultry industry braces for economic hit from avian flu

* Bird flu outbreak impacts dairy farms in California's Central Valley

* As bird flu outbreak expands, dairy farms report it's worse than they expected

* Two California dairy workers were infected with bird flu, latest human cases

Just as a matter of semantics, I find it fascinating that dairy farms are suffering worse than expected from the bird flu. I find it even more fascinating that the transmission of bird flu into human beings has come from cows, but never mind all that.

Follow this timeline:

And then:

“Missouri DHSS reports that the patient, who was hospitalized, had underlying medical conditions… There is no immediate known animal exposure.

This is the 14th human case of H5 reported in the United States during 2024 and the first case of H5 without a known occupational exposure to sick or infected animals.”

In a September 20th update, the CDC says that in addition to the 14 human cases of bird flu, there are now 213 dairy herds across 14 states that have confirmed cases of avian influenza A(H5N1) infections, along with “detections” in 36 commercial poultry flocks and 22 backyard flocks in 48 states, and all of these numbers continue to grow.

Additionally, they note that the sick individual in Missouri with no known animal contact also had a “household contact” who became ill on the same day—but this “simultaneous development of symptoms in two people does not support person-to-person spread but suggests a common exposure.”

Okay, sure.

If you’re tracking on the timeline, you’ll notice there has been an explosion of Bird Flu news over the last few months. There were many more stories out there, but the point is that this was all happening during the summer while pretty much no one was paying attention.

Thankfully, someone was paying attention.

In fact, during this same timeframe someone was planning for an International Bird Flu Summit, which took place in Washington, DC last week, October 2nd to the 4th. Curiously enough, the top of their brochure even lines out the steps of an outbreak:

* in “Birds.”

* in “Cattles.”

* in “Pets.”

* in “People.”

QUESTION: Did we not just see that exact same sequence in the headlines?

What are the chances that is just a coincidence?

The Bird Flu Summit itself seems to be structured very similar to the Event 201, which took place in October 2019, just months before the pandemic unleashed all hell and interfered with the 2020 election. For anyone unfamiliar how that all played out, here’s an excerpt from TR 41 (almost 600 reports ago!!):

In October 2019, Dr. Fauci, along with the Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, and a host of other stakeholders, ran a war-game simulation of a global viral pandemic. It was called Event 201, and it was a high-level strategy session that consisted of “pre-recorded news broadcasts, live “staff” briefings, and moderated discussions on specific topics. These issues were carefully designed in a compelling narrative that “educated the participants and the audience.”

When confronted on eerie similarities between Event 201 and the pandemic that kicked-off in the following months, Bill Gates tried to deny the simulation had ever happened, claiming the outbreak of a global viral pandemic was uncharted territory.

This is ironic, considering the 4th segment of this event was held December 18th, 2019 — just weeks before COVID headlines first appeared. What was the topic of discussion amongst these global elites on that historical day? Nothing less than manipulation of the masses by carefully controlling the narrative.

Now, nearly three years later, straight out the gate on the agenda, we find the Bird Flu Summit facilitating discussion about “Mass Fatality Management Planning” and “Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government Planning” — which according to the brochure is designed for dealing with “successive waves of pandemic outbreaks.” Interesting.

Digging in a little, the list of program speakers presents a bunch of mid-level players from various universities and health departments across the country, all of whom I suspect are nothing more than useful idiots getting used by the global cabal.

The one standout to me was Dr. Karen Hogan, who works for Ginko Biosecurity (as opposed to a Health Department or School of Public Health like all the others).

Interestingly enough, Ginko Biosecurity produces “biological data” on demand. They also boast of “revolutionizing pharmaceutical manufacturing” with artificial intelligence, and claim to be the only biotech company in the U.S. with a “dedicated Biosecurity business” — which, of course, they are aggressively marketing to governments around the world.

Just in case it’s not clear, this company is perfectly positioned to create the problem (biological data on demand) and provide the solution (pharmaceutical manufacturing). Indeed, this company would be the perfect company to help pull off another round of public fleecing under the guise of a deadly pandemic.

But alas, as suspicious as all of this seems to me (the Summit websites smacks of globalist propaganda, but it doesn’t actually list who’s organizing the event), I want to bend the conversation back to the hurricanes.

Why?

Because hurricanes spread disease.

You see, not only does the aftermath of a hurricane spread disease, protective actions could actually increase transmission—that’s what The Science says.

Furthermore, with all the flooding and storm surge, waste water surveillance would provide a veritable cornucopia of data that could be vacuumed up by companies like Ginko Biosecurity, and then used to artificially inflate a bunch of scary statistics.

It many ways, the stage has been set for a perfect storm.

Mind the pun.

Let’s connect the dots.

Government weather modification is capable of intensifying and directing storms.

Extreme weather, like hurricanes, is known to accelerate the spread of disease.

The timeline of headlines indicates bird flu was spreading prior to the Summit.

The Bird Flu Summit suggests widespread H5N1 could be a mass fatality event.

That suggestion, combined with on demand data, would justify a pandemic response.

Could hurricane season whip fears over Bird Flu into a full-blown pandemic? Could that be the October surprise? Or is this perhaps something that will be waiting in the wind for after the inauguration? It’s all on the table I suppose, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

I highly doubt there will be any sort of pandemic response in the next 27 days, but again, the stage has been set. That said, the weather alone could interrupt and change the outcome of the election. Regardless, there are far too many bizarre coincidences afoot to overlook the possibility that Bird Flu might play into all of this.

How all of this plays out is anyone’s guess. Just remember, even if they do try to stir up another round of panic, the solution remains the same: RESIST WE MUST!!
