She is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher and Teacher Trainer. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and offers Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness trainings and other workshops in the U.S. and internationally.
