In this presentation we will talk about the treatment strategies of metastatic colorectal cancer. We will begin with a brief discussion of the chemotherapeutic backbone, such as FOLFOX and FOLFIRI, followed by anti-VEGF and anti-EGFR agents, as well as, targeted agents, such as those targeting the BRAF pathway. A brief description of immunotherapy in mCRC is included, but a detailed discussion is reserved for Part 2.
