Singapore Sling (Smugglers Cove Recipe - closer to original 'Straits Sling' recipe) 1 1/2 oz Gin 3/4 oz Fresh lemon Juice 1/2 oz Cherry Heering 1/4 oz Benedictine 1/4 oz Demarara Syrup 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters 1 Dash of Orange Bitters 2 oz Soda Water Shake all ingredients other than the soda water with ice, strain into a tall ice filled glass, top with soda water, stir to combine, garnish with a twist of lemon and a Maraschino cherry.
