In my opinion, mental health is something that’s very little understood, yet so many people are really quick to voice their own opinion about mental health, without really knowing what causes that particular person to suffer from it in the first place. Because of that, so many people are unwilling to talk about it... or even seek help... because they are afraid of being judged by others.
