Hello Beautiful Human Beings! I'm baaaack! :) After taking a small break last week, I'm back with a major one! Funny enough, the week break I took was a form of self love! It was a much needed, nature focused mental health break. I needed to practice self love and self care and go spend some time in Austin in a cabin in the woods. I always tell you guys I practice what I preach ;) haha ANYWAYS,
Today's episode is about How to Love Yourself! Self love is very important because at the end of day, all you really have is yourself. So it's important to be fully comfortable and appreciative, and gentle with yourself because you're the one who's always there for you no matter what. Self love/self care can come in different forms and it's a daily practice. Listen to learn more!
