The head of the Secret Service has resigned following a congressional grilling on Tuesday. Kimberly Cheatle acknowledged that the attempted assassination of Donald Trump was "the most significant operational failure" for the Secret Service in decades. US correspondent Nick Harper spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
