My selling coaching style began getting formed when working in a high-end clothing store in my university days. I was trained to be velcro with every customer who walked in: greet them, guide them, and even try to keep them engaged when it's obvious they want to be left alone. That aggressive sales style didn’t sit well with me then, and it still doesn’t. Over the years, I’ve learned that selling can be powerful without feeling pushy. While we all have some kind of hang-ups around sales it’s possible to build trust and connect in a way that respects the client’s journey, rather than forcing it. Tune in to hear how to embrace gentle nudges, build relationships, and sell in a way that feels natural and empowering. Because when you follow your client’s cues, selling can be as easy as giving a little push on a swing. Especially those who want to gift their kiddos the ability to engage themselves in self-directed play as soon as possible, and as developmentally appropriate as possible as well. If you're a mom coach chances are very good you're an empath. Let's use that super power to our advantage to hone our messaging, inspire our content and speak our ideal client's love language: being understood. I've been saying to my clients all week to imagine ourselves in our client's shoes. And then thought I was on to something when in my head I coined the term empathy marketing. But then with a quick Google, I see that it's already a thing. No surprise because as you can imagine the more we can show up in way that we can imagine would be the answer to our ideal client's prayers the more we will be just that. And when prayers get answered, moms hire those answers. To grow your mom coaching business you need to get the basics down pat first. And that's just what Mom Coach Club sets you up with. Like anything else in life you want to excel in you need to ensure you've got good form, create healthy habits from the get go and ensure you're not setting yourself up for burn out down the road. I went live on Instagram this week talking about how preparing for my first pickleball tournament showed me how many aspects of growing your skills as an athlete are so similar to growing your skills as not only a coach, but as a marketer as well. If you keep coming back into the court and practice your technique over and over again, and do your best not to compare yourself to the player in the court next to you, or even across the net, there's no other alternative but to eventually reach your goals. And the 30 plus trainings and templates inside this $5 a month membership (going up on April 23rd) offers the proper alignment to practice from the start.
