×Welcome back to another episode of the Mo Primal Podcast. In Episode 12, which is really like a MPP2.0 Episode 2, I have structure! :) I start off with a "news topic" in the health and fitness world. This show brings you honey. I thought we knew everything there was to know about it, but honey is back in the news. Thanks to CNN, I bring you a couple sweet points of interest that really stuck to me. That was a pun. Did you catch that? Next! I slipped. My diet took a dip. Not a dive; it wasn't major. Perhaps we can call it a worthy compromise? Have a listen and let me know if you agree. As for the exercise of the week? Coffee curls. That's my morning workout. Don't move. Don't talk. Sip. That's what helps be become a human for the rest of the day. Gym time happens later. You might guess the real "Exercise of The Week" by the title, but in case it escaped you, I discuss stationary rowing. The recipe? Yeah, you're gonna have to listen to find that out.
