Helen Commens-Kidd is a burgeoning photographer nestled in the vast desert landscapes of Windorah. Despite facing formidable challenges such as fires, floods, droughts, and the loss of loved ones, she has discovered a constructive way to address grief and direct her energy. Living remotely doesn't equate to isolation for Helen. With the serene embrace of nature, the constant companionship of her husband and son, she leads her life in the most fulfilling way she knows.

Helen is determined to convey that, while her story carries a sense of sorrow, she earnestly wishes for everyone to recognize the myriad of wonderful aspects she cherishes in her life. To her, each day is a precious blessing.
