On today’s episode of Management Development Unlocked, Eric welcomes guest Vasily Malyshev to the show. Vasily is the CEO and Founder of Intelogos, an employee well-being recognition and performance management software. He’s been in the software entrepreneurship startup industry for the last 15 years and started three companies during that time.
Through his experience with these companies, Vasily partnered with New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he taught at a partnership that created a contest for the best idea. He taught students everything from how to design software to development to marketing. He was also invited to speak at the United Nations about his immigrant entrepreneurship experience.
