I Will Trust in You!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5

Life often presents mountains too steep to climb and waters too deep to wade through. Yet, it is precisely in these moments that we are called to anchor our hearts and spirits in divine trust. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5- 6, which reassure us that God's direction remains steadfast even when answers seem out of reach.

It can be disheartening when God doesn't move the mountains when you need Him to move. But take solace in knowing that His plans are always for our ultimate good. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Amidst every trial and tribulation lies an opportunity for profound growth and renewed faith.

Isaiah 26:3 says, "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you."

Even if God doesn’t part the waters as quickly as you'd wish, continue walking by faith. When answers don't come readily, or situations remain unresolved despite your heartfelt cries, let resilience root itself firmly within your soul. Believe deeply that He hears every prayer. Psalm 46:10 calls us to “Be still, and know that I am God.” In the stillness, find comfort; in His timing, trust completely.

Remember this powerful quote by Charles Spurgeon, "God is too good to be unkind, and He is too wise to be mistaken. And when we cannot trace His hand, we must trust His heart." As life tests your faith time and again—with unmet expectations or lingering questions—embrace every moment as an invitation to deepen your trust in Him. The journey might be challenging, but leaning toward God's promises brings unparalleled peace. Amen. Jeremiah 17:7 says, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord." Amen

I pray that the God of hope will pour His boundless joy and peace into your heart as you trust in Him. Just as a river flows tirelessly through dry land, may God's blessings flow abundantly into every area of your life, quenching every thirst and meeting every need. In Jesus' name. Amen.
