For many of us, the end of the year is a time for reflection as well as a time to set resolutions for the new year. With 2022 coming to an end, it is the perfect time to talk about why I believe New Year’s resolutions don’t work. In this episode, I share what my clients use instead of resolutions to successfully accomplish what they desire in their work and life. What’s great about this method is that it can be used not just at the beginning of the year but any time of the year.
