Dr. T and Lisa just sharing some thoughts about the power of the immune system and a couple of tips to keep you living well!
Recognizing symptoms early and immediately implementing your proactive support and recovery plan.

  1. Getting adjusted - foundational for the nervous system that controls the immune system.
  2. Have an immune system first aid kit ready to go at all times. It can include whole food supplements like SP’s Immuplex, Congaplex, Mediherb Echinacea tablets, Truvani’s Immune Support, Pure Synergy’s vitamin C powder mixed in fresh orange juice, Lemon Balm liquid, and do that Thymus Thump from Episode 2. Keep up with the basics like vitamin D, magnesium, and omegas. Check our Amazon store for our Living Well Approved Supplements. www.amazon.com/shop/alivingwelllife
  3. Rest is best. Go to bed early. Let your body restore.
  4. Go to a high-quality IV wellness studio and load up on amino acids, vitamin C, and B’s (which are depleted due to stress as well).
  5. Avoid alcohol and processed foods which deplete the immune system.
  6. Reducing stress, laughter, karaoke, journaling, spend time with people you like and love, sound bath, classical music, walking or other forms of exercise (rebounding is fantastic for the lymphatic system - heart has a pump to move blood, but the lymphatic system does not, and that lymph fluid can get stagnant without movement which leads to illness) Our lists are probably pretty different, what are some ways that you reduce stress? Look upward and outward - getting spiritual guidance from above and helping others here on earth - many times is the fastest way to heal yourself. Helping others promotes a rush of endorphins in the brain brought about by positive physiological changes. Study after study that shows that helping others gives you a health boost. Stress kills, as research by Robert Sapolsky and others has found—and during stressful times, it's tempting to look out only for yourself. But a new study suggests a healthier way to cope with the perils of stress: helping others.
  7. When I was pretty sick a couple of years ago, my angel doctors realized that I was not getting enough nutrients to heal - that’s all I wanted was watermelon. They had me immediately start eating ground up roasted chicken, and mashed potatoes with butter. - Starch, fat, and protein - all the building blocks to repair and restore health - in a delicious and easy to eat and digest form that we lovingly referred to as meat mousse.
  8. In-home Infrared sauna or at a wellness restoration studio for immune support: 160% cellular regeneration, improved circulation for toxin release, increased production of white blood cells, relaxation, detoxed impurities that lead to illness.
