I saw a post about expecting a child, posted by a man. It bothered me that women don’t post the same on the channel. This bothered me so much I moved up this content from its schedule so it can be discussed.
What are your feelings on why women don't post or talk about expecting on LinkedIn? Personal choice? Privacy? Being scared that they wouldn't be seen as a candidate for a position? I have been scared, when I should be as proud as that man that posted about expecting. This is experience that changes you and makes you a better teammate and leader.
