The "bookends" of our day are our morning and evening routines. That is, the way we transition from sleep into activity in the morning, and how we transition back out of activity into rest at the end of the day.
Our "end-of-the-day" routines affect far more than just the quality of our sleep. The way you wind down at the end of the day determines how well prepared you are for the next day ... or not.
