Autopilot mode has become our way of living and more so for married women. They look after everyone in the house, do most of the homemaking duties, take care of their job if they work outside the home, parenting if they have kids and then whatever time they get, it gets devoted to TV and smartphones.

While focusing on immediate needs, we miss out on thinking beyond the next moment which makes us prone to overwhelm, stress and anxiety. But there’s a better way to live for Growth and in this episode, we discover it.

I am speaking with Shwetha Sivaraman who is a corporate banker turned self-mastery coach, passionate about maximising life for herself and others. She founded ‘Being Meraklis’ in her quest to understand what it takes to live a good life and support others in the journey of becoming.

Through podcasts, workshops, and coaching, she facilitates the journey from self-awareness to self-transformation. Her first non-fiction book Far From Fine was published by Hay House India in June 2024.
