Short Bio: Executive with 22 years of results focused leadership in the intelligence and cyber security field. I have diverse training in intelligence collection, signal analysis, space programs, ethical hacking, cyber vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, cyber program development, and project management. I have enjoyed professional assignments both stateside and overseas with a wide range of cultural experience in Europe and Asia. I currently serve as the Chief Technology Officer for the Judicial Branch of New Mexico.
