Philly's own Colman Domingo will be one of the chairs of the 2025 Met Gala. The actor joins rappers Pharrell Williams and A$AP Rocky, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, and LeBron James to help the museum launch an exhibit examining Black style in menswear over the centuries. It's the first fashion exhibit at the Met in over 20 years to focus exclusively on menswear. Colman called it "an exceptional honor." Every year, the Met Gala's red carpet brings out the biggest stars like Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift in lavish outfits.
