Welcome to 2023 my gorgeous Queens!!! I am so excited to be here with you on this amazing journey for 2023. I am so excited about this weeks episode because I have been noticing out in the world how much time we are spending and how we are showing up online to get people to "like" us. To the point where we aren't even being ourselves out of fear of not being liked.
So this week I lift the lid on this and talk about where our need to fit in comes from and how we are taught to fit in and be liked from the moment we are born. We talk about the right to choose what we do and don't like and being ok when people don't like us and we aren't their cup of tea. On the flip side we talk about how the right people are the ones who love and adore you and how the focus should be on being our true and authentic selves.
We talk about the difference you make in this world, just by being you!
Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
