So often I feel like we go for things that look like something we might want to do, rather than realizing what we enjoy doing each day. Weâre seeing something from the outside- aligning our goals with it, going for it...and then realizing that shit doesnt make you as happy as you thought. âItâs about doing, tasting what you likeâ @gary The more Iâve been âDOINGâ & I havent been doing as much shit as i should, but even with as much as I have- itâs been giving me direction. I learn through doing which is why I was never a good student with my 1.7 GPA in high school. If youâre seeing someone else happy- cause youre doing more LOOKING, at what they got and going for that because it LOOKS a certain way...you aint about to achieve happiness that way. I feel like its about what it feels like each day doing what doesnt look that great in whatever profession youâre looking at If you look at your own life from the outside, and gauge happiness that way, based on what it âlooks likeâ to so & so. Itâs gonna turn you in a whole different direction than what happiness is gonna end up being for you. Its not gonna make you FEELđđŒhappy based on how it looks đ đ€€đ„ prime example: It looks good to (insert desired body type be sk), but feels good to eat food that might be holding you back from reaching the goal weight or body type you desire. It feels like shit to have to diet and train each day to get whatever body type you may be struggling with. Or if youâre as weird as me, the workout portion feels amazing but okay the eating part. Damn it I miss snacks and candy and icing not even cake but icing đ when i cant have what I want Which is why your diet shouldnt be starving yourself. Its not going to happen overnight and itâs going to backfire from that faster than you can say the word carb. See. It already backfired. Its what you dont want it to be, a long time of constantly doing/eating the right things. Which is what success is as well. Take your time to find. Search. Go through bad experiences thatâll give you the most direction. My failures have always given me the most rewards đ„đ
