Interest rates are down, and they have been for a while. Everyone was expecting rates to go up, but they actually dipped further the other day in the wake of the Brexit! What does that mean for you?
It’s a great time to buy a home. Even though the market is still pretty hot, it has started to slow down a bit, and you won’t see rates this low again for a long time. Typically, rates tend to jump up after elections. They should remain low for the next couple of months, but by next year we will definitely see rates in the 4% range.
