We all live by our foundation, it sets the tone for everything else. Dr Buske’s foundation is built on one solid piece, integrity. To him, that means standing in the light, whole and complete, and hiding nothing in the shadows. So many of us lie to ourselves by not living up to our word. When we tell ourselves we’re going to do something, and we don’t, it slowly eats away at our integrity. We all want to change the things we don’t like in our lives, and that comes from action. So, where do we start? Well, if you can’t see it, you can’t fix it. Track, measure, and observe your daily habits. Perhaps look into a coach, someone that can see the bigger picture and offer you a new perspective. Where in your life are you not seeing the solution? How can you get a different view?
