Thank you for being here, and for wanting to do something about the suicidal thoughts you are living with. Living with these thoughts does not have to stay a reality.
Yes, it might be difficult to believe that. But as a suicide survivor who has lived for 6 years with constant suicidal thoughts, I truly can say that things can be different.
By studying psychology, volunteering at a suicide hotline, doing professional work around mental health through The IPS Project (an educational platform on life), and having lived for 6 years with these thoughts, I sincerely hope in this episode I can provide some advice on what to do if you feel suicidal.
