Ageism is a growing factor in the job market that needs to be addressed head-on. In this episode, I talk about a recent experience I had which to me had elements of ageisms written all over it. Did I include my age in my Curriculum Vitae? I sure did not but sometimes one can approximate the age range of a job applicant based on when they completed their secondary education or graduated from high school.
