I am so excited for you to hear this episode. I am speaking with my friend Ben Bidwell. If you don’t know Ben, he is a human potential coach and a breath work facilitator.
As you may expect this conversation runs SO deep, so much that in parts I had full body tingles.
I adore being able to chat with a guy about all things masculinity from a really beautifully soft and open and vulnerable perspective. And let me tell you, Ben is practising vulnerability and authenticity in a way that feels so enriching and fulfilling to witness.

46:06 I know this is obvious to us all, but I don't seek any kind of perfection. And I certainly don't seek any kind of perfection in the relationship. What I do want to be able to do is to talk about it, to be soft enough, to be vulnerable enough, to be open enough, to be able to have conversations rather than reactive to those things. And that's all I ask for.
