Rally at the Statehouse. The Health Policy and Advocacy Nursing Network podcast is all about what’s happening in Indiana legislation. Each week, Dr. Jason King reviews what’s going on in the statehouse, as it relates to the health of Indiana, why you should care, and what you can do about it. The goal of the podcast is to highlight current legislative bills and explain how they may impact the health of the state of Indiana. Indiana is the 41st least healthy state and it will take all of us working together to make Indiana healthy! There are approximately 150,000 licensed nurses in Indiana, but yet nurses have the quietest voice when it comes to healthcare advocacy. The purpose of this podcast is to raise awareness of nurses across the state and come together in one voice for a healthier Indiana.
