I'm JDH owner of CBD Apothecary Solutions. I've had double autoimmune disorders for over 30 years. I went to school for Respiratory Therapy and took Medical Billing&Coding. I worked in a hospital & nursing home when I was younger. Where I gained a lot of my knowledge. My health got the best of me in 2009 and in 2010 I decided I was going to help others as a way to cope with my chronic illness. The first thing I did, start a support group for people with chronic illness, next I started CBD Apothecary, a blog with help tips, Facebook group with health tips and now a podcast with health tips.
