Familia this past month has been extremely tough since our daughters have been getting sick so often. I bet many of you can relate. In this episode we asked our good Friend Dr. Edgar Chavez the following questions:
1. Is it normal for our elementary school kids to be getting sick so often this school year?
2. How can we prevent our kids from getting sick so often?
3. Many parents have told us that this is normal and that our kids getting sick so often will actually strengthen her immune system, is this true?
