I’ll show you how habit stacking removes the barriers that keep you from following through so you can stop struggling and start making real progress.

Ultimately, I am going to challenge you to stop believing that habits need to be hard and instead start stacking them in a way that actually works with your life. Because once you remove the friction and let habit stacking do the work, your routines will finally feel doable—not impossible.
