I am an ICF PCC credentialed coach, integrative coach, systemic facilitator, and Aura-Soma® practitioner whose passion for transformational work grew out of my career history and personal change journey.
Building on my childhood fascination with solving puzzles and identifying patterns, my passion grew into a drive for collaboration, transformation and results with business teams and individual contributors. A key aspect of having teams work more effectively together, was to support them in understanding and valuing the similarities and differences across team members.
My transformational efforts took on a more personal tone after being diagnosed with a medical condition and opting to research alternative approaches. After seven years, the research shifted to learning approaches that I could utilize for myself and others.
Those studies supported my healing on many levels and also revealed my passion for helping others. I uncovered the gift in a childhood of being bullied and saw how it supported the work I was doing – the desire to have people be valued and included (by themselves and others).
I am a catalyst for change, a pattern investigator, and puzzle solver who has worked with hundreds of work teams and now support people in uncovering hidden patterns, to allow them to step out of the maze of frustration and into the freedom of their true and integrated self.
Everyone deserves to be valued and share their gifts with the world. Everyone deserves to achieve what they are reaching for. Everyone deserves to have healthy relationships both within and with others. My mission is to support people to create their pathways to their dreams.
