Earlier this month, it was reported that the man who has produced “The Flash,” “Arrow,” “Supergirl,” and “Legends of Tomorrow,” would be bringing to television “Black Lightning,” the 1977 DC Comics, electromagnetic superhero with the power to ride lightning bolts.
