In this week's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Ellen Franklyn-Carr all about what it means to be busy from a place of ease. In the wellness space, we are all eager to have more ease in our lives. But how can this look in reality when we have things to do and places to be? Ellen and I explore this concept, where it comes from, and what it looks like in reality!
