In today's episode we'll talk about an aspect of our feelings and emotions that few are familiar with.
We'll talk about how one of the roles your feeling states and emotions play, is as a signal. A signal, that if you catch it, helps you to understand that your feelings play a very powerful role in tuning you into information about how and why you are making choices and what beliefs you are using in the moment.
Understanding the information various feeling states are attempting to convey to you can help you to identify what belief or beliefs you are using to filter your experience of life through. Your reaction and the feeling that accompanies it, if understood, can greatly aid you in becoming aware of what you believe is true about yourself in any particular situation.
Today, I'll talk about many of the more common challenging feeling states we have and what they are there to tell you about what you are believing in that moment.
