How do we live our lives in today's world, and not experience the emotional and mental challenges that seem to almost be a daily event? What understanding can allow us a perspective that not only insulates us from the same reactions so many people are experiencing in what seems to be an increasing way, but also perhaps puts us in a position to aid some of those people, to help them to nurture a wide enough understanding of the situation they find themselves encountering, to enable them to embrace a mental and emotional state that is much healthier to them and their lives?
