Wishes don't come true until you just practice them. It sounds catchy and amazing that statement, yes, you are never going to achieve what you've not decided to. On this episode I discuss picking your struggles in life. Life is already quite a battle for you to struggle yourself on things that will drain positive energy out of you. That bad habit, toxic relationship, ungrateful friendship, addiction and low self esteem is not your struggle. Is it? I know it's not for me. On this one, open your eyes, look out to your personality and see. Get a book a start the art of journaling; it is healthy for your mind.
