A badass is someone who follows through on what (and when) he or she says it will be done, takes action even when it feels scary and increases their capacity for failure (aka learning).

In January, I challenged the Fuel community to a 30 day discipline challenge we lovingly 🧡 refer to as the Badass30. Founders who took up the challenge had 45 days to complete 5 small rules every day for 30 days in a row. I give extra time, because if you fail on any one rule, you start over....most people had to start over at least once.
