If I could, I would snack all day long. I’m a grazer. Yup. Snacks are my jam. Seriously, you should see our collection of options. Especially now after the kiddo and I went for a snack drawer refresher fun run at Home Goods. They have the best selection — just really read the ingredients of course. From veggies and hummus to cheese and GF crackers, there are a ton of options out there for you to get in a little extra nutrition in a tiny serving. Just make sure you’re listening to your body’s hunger cues and choose your snack accordingly. On the episode, I chat about some of my fave things.
