We often hope for peace…strength…joy…salvation… But Jesus wants to ASSURE us of those things!
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson take us back to the days immediately following Christ’s death and resurrection. As he teaches about the encounter two men on the road to Emmaus had with Jesus, as well as the encounter Thomas “the Doubter” had with Jesus, we learn something very important: Jesus wants to ASSURE us of His love.
Whereas each of these individuals were broken by their fear, doubt, and despair, Jesus went out of His way to meet them, assure them, and restore them. And He will do the same for you today!
So cast all your fears on Him! He wants to remove what burdens you and assure you of these unchangeable truths: He loves you. He died for you. He rose again. And He wants to fill you with His Spirit!
We don’t have to hope! We are ASSURED!
