Indeed, in order to guarantee their sport success, they have to adopt an impeccable lifestyle and have loads of self-discipline.

In this week's episode, I'm having a conversation with my friend Dwight who's a high-level boxer. Kickboxing, French kickboxing, English boxing or Thai boxing, this very passionate man will tell you everything about his sports experience and about how he manages to combine his sport life with his private and professional life.
