In this episode it’s all about discipline.

As you and I both know, discipline is the deciding factor between realizing our goals and dreams in life and failing to do so.

Being a recovering comfortaholic, I struggle with discipline from time to time.

That’s why I look to people at the top of their discipline game for inspiration and motivation.

I get a lot of that inspiration from Jocko Willink, the former Navy Seal who, quite frankly epitomizes discipline in my opinion.

You can see why I say that and see his discipline in action every morning by following him on instagram.

Here’s another thought-provoking quote on discipline from Robin Sharma’s book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

Through the steel of discipline, you will forge a character rich with courage and peace. Through the virtue of will, you are destined to rise to life’s highest ideal and live within a heavenly mansion filled with all that is good, joyful and vital. Without them, you are lost like a mariner without a compass, one who eventually sinks with his ship.

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, by Robin Sharma

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • How developing discipline enhances your experience
  • Some of the people I look to when I want to be more disciplined
  • A sneak peak at some of the courses I’m working on and some already available.
  • A look forward at what’s coming up on my youtube channel.

Thanks for listening!

I hope you enjoyed this episode. If you did, share it with a friend and subscribe on your favorite podcast app. You can also listen to every episode of Enhancing The Human Experience on YouTube.

All the best!
