In Podcast Episode 276, “No One But You Can Help the Powerless Against the Mighty!“ Kim discusses the example King Asa set of trusting the Lord to fight on behalf of him and the Southern Kingdom. This passage challenges each of us to look at any area of our lives in which we feel powerless and to trust the Lord fully to do what only He can do.

Our focal passage for this episode is 2 Chronicles 14:8-15 with verse 11 as the focal verse:

“Then Asa cried out to the Lord his God, “O Lord, no one but you can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in you alone. It is in your name that we have come against this vast horde. O Lord, you are our God; do not let mere men prevail against you!””
