The EMPLOY project is a three-year project involving researchers from six universities across Europe who have been exploring the experiences of non-traditional students and graduates making the transition to life and work after university. In particular, EMPLOY is concerned with what needs to be done to enhance the possibilities of non-traditional university students moving to meaningful and sustainable graduate work.
