In this episode of Doctors Who Create, co-producer Mekala Neelakantan interviews Dr. Shikha Jain (@ShikhaJainMD), a hematology and oncology physician who has found creative ways to advocate for her patients and colleagues. She founded IMPACT, a COVID-19 action and advocacy group, the Women in Medicine Summit and Symposium, and the Rush Center for the Advancement of Women in Health Care, just to name a few. Dr. Jain also has devoted her time to writing, public speaking, and research.
