At the Department of Veterans Affairs Police, he specialized in ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) investigations, threat assessments, and complex case management, supervising a team and leading sensitive operations.

Now a Patrol Officer with the City of Black River Falls, Billy continues to tackle ICAC cases while applying his extensive knowledge and experience to new challenges.
