How do we become the best version of ourselves? It's becoming completely self-aware of our actions, thoughts, words, and old belief systems buried deep into our subconscious minds.
To fully manifest our dream lives and delight in the rhythm of life we have to use the Law of Attraction to get to our highest self. Our conscious vs. subconscious mind. We have to be more self-aware of our emotions, thoughts and belief systems that have been programmed into our mind deep in the subconscious. When you are triggered, dealing with a recurring thought pattern, stuck in an emotion, source is trying to tell you something. Source is trying to enlighten you.
