Today, I’m joined by Joe Polanin, and we're talking about Military to Corporate Leadership. Joe is a retired US Navy Captain who spent 30 years in in Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal. He deployed around the world for combat operations and has served or lived in over 75 countries. After transitioning from the Navy, Joe and his daughters founded The Alaka’i Leadership Group, which is a Strategic Accelerator. His company provides senior executive consulting, fractional C-suite leadership, and keynote speaking that integrates best practices from the battlefield to the boardroom. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about his experiences and approaches in Military to Corporate Leadership.
