One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard: “Power belongs to you, God, and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.” – Psalm 62:11-12

Yet, this immense power is but a fraction of God's might, as reflected in Psalm 29:3-9, which describes the voice of the Lord thundering over mighty waters, breaking cedars, and shaking deserts. Through this vivid imagery, we are reminded of God's unparalleled strength and the reverent fear it can instill in us.

As we reflect on the power of God displayed through nature, we also recognize His gentleness and care for our hearts. The God who formed the universe holds us in the palm of His hand, guiding our lives, answering prayers, and nurturing our relationships. In the midst of life's storms, we can find solace in knowing that God never sleeps nor slumbers and keeps a watchful eye on His children. Whether we are weary or overwhelmed by the challenges we face, we can turn to the Lord and experience His unfailing love and strength.
