On this episode we talk to Sarah Dauncey about her advntures in China and much more besides. Sarah is a Professor of Chinese Society and Disability at the University of Nottingham. She has been studying and visiting China for over 30 years and has written on a wide range of topics related to Chinese society, culture, disability and para-sport. Her latest book Disability in Contemporary China: Citizenship, Identity and Culture (Cambridge University Press, 2020) explores the ways in which disability has been understood in China from the 20th century onwards.
