Generational Shifts: Leadership and Community
Manage episode 408766010 series 3450378
I had the absolute pleasure of recording in person, and what a joy it was to be able to do that.
I sat down with Mary Fernandez, a podcaster, speaker, and a prominent leader in the Virginia cities I once called home during my time in the military.
We had a great discussion about leadership and community, highlighting several topics, including how the education system has changed their approach on careers and leadership, what makes a good leader, how businesses affect each other, the importance of mentorship, bad leadership qualities, empowering the new generations, and more.
Be sure to support Ms. Mary's walkathon either virtually or in person in Portsmouth, Virginia. April 13th, 2024. It's to raise awareness for cancer and domestic violence. We appreciate your time and support, and I ask that y'all pray for Ms. Mary and her family. Thank you.
